Liza Arroyo, LPC, CSAC, is a bilingual (Spanish/English) therapist who provides therapy for children, adolescents, and adults in a non-judgmental environment. She encourages her clients to openly explore their thoughts and feelings to achieve positive change. She is passionate about collaborating with people to discover, build, and strengthen skills to promote healthy minds and healthy relationships.

Liza uses a holistic and integrative approach to healing using traditional and non-traditional forms of therapies including CBT, existential, person-centered, meditation, sound healing, and Reiki. She specializes in integrating psychotherapy and spirituality from a trauma-informed perspective, respecting the relationship between mind, body, and spirit.

Liza holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Mt. Mary University. In addition, she is a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor, providing assistance for over 10 years to clients struggling with addictions in her work at La Casa de Esperanza in Waukesha and at Impact in Milwaukee. Liza also holds certifications in Reiki and Trauma Counseling.
